Baballotti N°62

The Baballotti M62 owe their name to a Sardinian term used playfully to indicate small animals or insects. Their “shell-like” shape and the curled, wrinkled surface are reminiscent of a Malloreddu in miniature. It goes perfectly with a great many condiments, from a simple tomato sauce to more elaborate sauces made with meat or vegetables.
